Austin joined Big3 Auctions after working in the industry for
over 7 years! He has lived his entire life in Southwest
Minnesota, where he received a bachelor's degree in Ag
Business from SMSU and in addition Austin continues to
operate the family farm, located just outside of Minneota,
MN. We welcome Austin and his family to ours. Best wishes

Jake is a graduate of the Farm Mechanics program in
Emmetsburg and a lifelong local, born and raised in
the Spencer area and now residing in Ruthven. He
brings deep hands-on experience and a strong work
ethic to Big3 Auctions. In addition to his agricultural
and mechanical background, Jake has proudly served
as a first responder and firefighter with the Dickens
Fire Department for over 15 years. He also owns and
operates a small engine repair shop in Ruthven, giving
him firsthand knowledge of equipment inside and
out. Jake’s mechanical expertise, community roots,
and commitment to service make him a great asset to
our sellers and buyers alike.

Meet Caleb Degner our new Territory Manager for Buena
Vista and Sac counties. Caleb lives on an acreage near
Newell, IA with his wife, Jacie and two dogs. Caleb
graduated from Iowa Lakes Community College with a
degree in Farm Diesel Mechanics. Aside from working with
Big 3, Caleb also raises cattle, turkeys, corn and soybeans.

Miranda is a detail oriented bookkeeper and secretary at
KPH Tax & Accounting, providing comprehensive accounting
support to individuals and businesses of all sizes. After
spending many years in the healthcare industry, she
transitioned to accounting in 2021, bringing her dedication
to exceptional customer service—a value she considers
essential in any business. Beyond her role at KPH, Miranda is
excited to take on new challenges with Big3 Auctions,
contributing her skills wherever needed.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband,
Travis, and their three children.
Marjorie grew up as a farm girl in Southwest Minnesota, with
traditional values and a strong work ethic. Living and working
on a family farm has given her the skills needed to
understand and implement the needs of her clients. Marjorie
established “Your Designs Online” in Nobles County
Minnesota in 2014 providing website development,
marketing and graphic design to small businesses and
organizations both local and throughout the USA.

Karen founded KPH Tax & Accounting in Southwest
Minnesota over 25 years ago, bringing efficiency, attention to
detail, and a passion for helping individuals and businesses
achieve their financial goals. She takes great pride in building
strong relationships with her clients and supporting their
success. Beyond the business, her husband, Mark, and her
run a diversified farming operation, including two
confinement hog barns, stock cows, and grain farming.
Growing up on a farm instilled in her a deep appreciation for
agriculture, and her love for being involved in all aspects of
their operation. They are incredibly blessed with wonderful
children and grandchildren.
She is excited to collaborate with Big 3 Auctions and deeply
appreciate Terry’s expertise and commitment to excellence.
